We have noticed that a number of our registered users are still using their email address as their user name. We would like to remind you that this is something we do not recommend as it raises the possibility of your email address being 'harvested' by scammers and then used to send you inappropriate and unsolicited emails.

If you are using your email address as your user name we strongly advise you to change your user name to something like your first and last name i.e. jill-smith

You can change your user name by logging into your account. On the Account Details tab change your user name and hit the Update button
