We are looking for a volunteer secretary/clerk to the Board of Trustees. You would need to be enthusiastic with a desire to contribute to the success of this wonderful, much loved community asset.

The role entails:
- Organising Trustee meetings – distributing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating them
- Maintaining up-to-date registers and online storage of documents
- Complying with regulatory/governance requirements

Participating in Trustee meetings - maintaining confidentiality while acting with integrity and impartiality in carrying out the duties of clerk/secretary.

Planters
Our beautiful planters will be on show again this year – a big thank you as always to May and Rodney who tend them most days through the season. If you have any spare plants or compost that we could use, please bring them along during the mornings of 27th April or 4th May between 10am and 12 noon.

Saturday 4th May – Volunteer’s Day
Would you like to join our fabulous team of volunteers? Every season, we welcome people of all ages to come and help in the Tuck Shop or on the gate. Opening day
The first swim of the year is for Season Ticket holders only and that is Wednesday 15th May. This day is drop in only, so no bookings required. Please see website for session times. Then on the 16th May we are open to all – please see the website for session times. Bookings from this date on the website, are as normal if you have a Season Ticket, and drop in if not.Â
