If you are having problems signing into your account due to password problems, there are a number of reasons. Here are some of the common ones.
- You have genuinely entered the wrong password or forgotten your password
- Your browser or tablet or phone app has stored an old password and is automatically being entered
- You have entered an email address that is not been registered with us. Many people have more than one email address.
The first thing to do is make sure you enter the correct email and the correct password. If when you try to sign in and you see a row of dots (.........) against your password, those dots maybe hiding the wrong password and trying to enter it. In this case clear those dots and enter your correct password.
If you still can't sign in try resetting your password.
Click on forgotten password
You will see the following. Enter your email address and press submit
Then check for an email in your inbox or spam/junk folder.
It will have something like the following in the body of the email.
Copy the verification code highlighted and go back to your browser
Enter your email and the verification code and press submit.
You can then enter a new password.
Once that is done, try signing in with your email and new password.
