With just a few days to go before we open bookings for our 2021 season, we just like to remind you about how the booking system and pool entry will operate this season for at least May and June. We may make changes later depending on future Covid-19 guidelines as and when they are announced by the UK government.
Key Points
- Bookings open 8 days in advance of the day of the session. Family swim bookings open early morning, all other swims, later in the evening.
- Before booking, check out the Help Page on our web site, for any questions you may have prior to booking.
- For Visitors (non Season Ticket Holders), you can just book your session, there is no need to register for an account or sign in to your account, you just book and pay. Season ticket holders will however need to sign into to their accounts prior to booking to get the benefits of their season tickets. Season Ticket holders should check their accounts prior to booking opening later this week.
- After booking, please check your email for your booking confirmation and ticket(s). To ensure that you get the email make sure that either pool.team@cirenopenair.org.uk is in your safe senders list or that domain @cirenopenair.org.uk is in your list of safe domains..
- Please make sure you bring your tickets with you when you come for your swim. The PDF ticket will fit nicely on the screen of your phone.
- Please come 'swim ready' to minimise the use of our changing rooms
- No swimming aids will be available, so if you need them, please bring your own.
Pool Planters
We are still looking for bedding plants and/or compost for our new planters around the pool patio area. If you are able to donate any bedding plants or compost, our volunteers will be at the pool on Saturday 15th May between 10am and 12pm to take your donations.
