With our Swim Booking now open, we thiought it might good to remind you of a few key points to think about before you book your swim slot.
- Individual Swims
- All Swims apart from Family Swims are one person per booking, Booking a second person will require a 2nd email address. You can't book a second person on the same email address as the first person
- Sign in before you book
- If you are a Season Ticket Holder or have an account to track your bookings, you need to login before making your booking.
- If you are having trouble signing in ie password rejected, reset your password using the forgotten password link on the sign in form. If you keep trying to sign in with an incorrect password, our security systems will think you are a hacker and block your account. See our help page on Account Issues for further information
- E-mails
- Make sure you enter your correct email address when booking, otherwise you will not receive your ticket or confirmation.
- Emails from us may end up in your spam/junk folders. To avoid this change your email settings to allow all emails from @cirenopenair.org.uk
- Booking Opening
- All swim book slots open 8 days in advance, Family Swim bookings open early morning, All other swim slots open later in the evening.
- Tickets
- Please bring your tickets with you to the pool, While our check-in staff have your details, it speeds things up if you have your ticket with you. The ticket is a PDF and is designed to be easily displayed on your smart phone. If you have your email on your phone, just click on the ticket in your email and the ticket will be downloaded to your phone where you can show it to our check in staff.

Please remember that our Support Team along with the rest of people at our pool are all volunteers who work on your behalf in their spare time. Without their help we would not be able to open and run our wonderful facility
