The Trustees are aware that it is difficult to book for more than one person using the way the general swims are set up - it is one booking per email address and, yes, that does mean you have to book separate lines with separate email dresses for each ticket. The Trustees are looking at how we can make things easier as lockdown releases, especially for the after school slots - sign up for our newsletter so you receive information about this. One way that people found worked last year, when we had same system, was to have more than one person or device booking at once - that way you were more likely to get the slots you wanted - you still need more than one email address though and we know that is not always easy.
As you are probably aware, the pool is run as a charity by volunteers and we do our best to provide for all members of the community. We are aware that this part of the system is not quite where it needs to be and are taking what steps we can in the resources we have to make things easier.
