Our volunteer maintenance team has been working hard to source replacement parts for our boiler. Some people have been happy with the slightly reduced water temperature but others have cancelled their swim or tried it and found it too cold. If this applies to you, please contact our support team, online via the website, and we will either refund your ticket or swap you to a replacement session.
The volunteers, who run all aspects of the pool, do so in their spare time to provide this wonderful community facility. They really are focussed on doing the best they can so you enjoy the pool - please bear with us; the lovely 27 degrees should be back by Wednesday this week.
