Just a quick reminder that our summer season opens to the public on Thursday May 11th, 2023.
As in previous seasons there will be a combination of bookable swims and drop-in swims. You can find our full timetable of events on our Pool Timetable.
For bookable sessions, booking opens 8 days at 10pm prior to the session date. The exception to this is our special events, Moon and Dawn swims. Booking for all these very popular sessions opens on Wednesday 3rd May, 10pm.
For drop-in swims, there is no pre-booking, you just turn up at the gate and pay for your swim. Please note that on sunny and warm days you may have to queue if the pool is full. Please bear this in mind when planning your visit to the pool

Notes on Booking
If you have an account with us, we suggest you login to your account prior to making a booking to make sure your details are correct and up to date.
You need to login with your username. Do not use your email address unless your username is also your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ on the Login panel. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have set your username to your email address, we strongly advise you to change it to something like your first name and last name i.e. jane_smith, This is for security reasons so that scammers do not get access to your email address. You can change your username by going to the Account Details page once you have logged in and changing your username to something other than your email address. Don't forget to hit the update button after making any change.
If you do not have an account with us, don’t worry you do not need an account to book, you just need to enter your details when booking.
All our bookings are on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, there is no priority booking.
When booking, you can pay using a credit or debit card or if you have a Pay Pal account you can also pay by that method. Note: When paying you will see Pay by PayPal as the first option, if you do not have a PayPal account scroll down and you can see the option to pay by debit card or credit card. We would like to remind you that we do not store any of your credit/debit card details on our systems.
Before finalizing any booking, please ensure you have chosen the right session at the right time as we cannot refund bookings made in error.
All tickets and payment details will be sent to the email address you use to make the booking. We suggest you add our booking email address,
Your Bookings. If you have an account with us you can see all your bookings on the Account Details page of our web site. You can also see your Season Ticket Membership details, if you have one.
