The following are the terms and conditions to which you agree; the agreement is made when payment of the booking fee is completed.

• Refunds - In normal circumstances, refunds will only be paid if the pool has to be closed for any reason. If the host needs to cancel the party, then they should email the pool via the web page and all efforts will go in to reorganising a date that suits both parties. If that is not possible, then we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
• Timing and Guest Numbers. Pool hire is a two-hour session for up to 60 guests. (Total number on site – swimmers and non-swimmers)
• Additional guests -  Additional guests will incur additional charges for extra lifeguards, pricing is on the booking form. A maximum of 120 guests is allowed on site
• Lifeguard Provision:- Lifeguards are provided on the ratio of 1 lifeguard to 30 guests. 2 Lifeguards for up to 60 guests are included in the booking fee. Additional lifeguards up to a maximum of 120 guests can be requested and must be paid for when booking.
• Pool Safety: The lifeguards on duty are there to ensure your safety - please listen to and respect their advice and direction at all times - they will ensure these terms and conditions are adhered to by all guests and will liaise with, and expect support from, the host if any guests who are not following these terms and conditions.
• Entry and Exit: For bookings on Wednesdays, it is 7:15 – 9.00 - entry to the site is from 7:15 and all guests and hosts must be off site by 9:15. For Saturday bookings it is 6:15 - 8:00 entry to the site is from 6:15 and all guests and hosts must be off site by 8:15. All guests must use the Riverside entrance; only the organiser can use the Disabled entrance (on Cecily Hill by the Barracks) and must not come on site before the start of the party.
• Food: You may bring your own food. Flat-bed electric BBQ’s can be hired at a cost of £25 for 2, payable on booking.
• Rubbish: All rubbish must be taken home and not left on-site or outside the gate.
• Tuck Shop: The Tuck Shop must be booked prior to the event, this can be done on the booking form, cost £20.
• Swimmer ratios: Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the pool and on the poolside by an adult over the age of 16. One adult can accompany two children. The accompanying adult should maintain a constant watch over any children or weak/non-swimmers within their care in the pool, in the changing areas and on the poolside. They should remain in close contact (including in the water) at all times.
• Glass: No glass of any sort (bottles/glasses etc.) should be brought on to the pool site.
• Alcohol and Smoking: No alcohol, smoking or vaping is allowed on the site.
• Pool Toys: Hosts and guests may bring their own inflatables and the slide can be used with lifeguard supervision on request to lifeguards.
• Changing facilities: They will be available. Note: showers and hairdryers are available, requiring a 20p coin.
• Music. Music is not allowed to be played.
• Leaving: When you leave, please consider our neighbours and leave quietly.
